Hello, fellow Soul Leader,
Easy Practices for Everyday Comfort
In today's fast-paced world, many people seek neck pain relief due to prolonged hours at the desk, poor posture, or daily stresses.
At Seranu Yoga Studio, I believe in using yoga for neck pain to heal and rejuvenate naturally.
Discover these simple yoga stretches designed to bring comfort and relaxation to your daily routine.
If at any point you feel a twinge or ache, stop. Listen to your body.
1. Neck Rolls for Tension Release
Begin by sitting comfortably with your spine straight.
Gently exhale, drop your chin towards your chest and slowly rotate your head in a circular motion.
Inhale, move your head to the right, exhale and move back, inhale flow left, and then exhale forward.
Repeat this motion x5 times, then switch directions.
This exercise helps release neck pain and tension in the neck and shoulders.
2. Seated Forward Bend for Spine and Neck Stretch
Sit with your legs extended straight in front of you. Inhale and reach your arms overhead, lengthening your spine.
Gently stretch your arms to the sky.
As you exhale, hinge at your hips and fold forward, reaching for your feet or ankles.
Allow your head to relax, releasing any tension in the neck.
This pose stretches the spine and neck, providing a calming effect.
