My Mission

I want to create a welcoming and nurturing space where anyone, regardless of their physical condition, can experience the healing power of yoga.

How it All Started…

It all began on the day I suffered a serious back injury.

The pain was excruciating, and the doctors recommended immediate surgery to address the slipped disc, trapped nerve, ruptured groin and drop foot, which has left the entire right side of my body completely numb.

The idea of surgery scared me. It felt like a one-way street with an uncertain destination. Even the doctors said the surgery wasn’t guaranteed.

I was determined to find an alternative path to healing.

I started slowly, focusing on my breathing and performing gentle yoga stretches to the best of my ability.

A New Beginning...

In under a year, I regained my physical health and found a profound sense of purpose through yoga. I completed my YTT200 and am now a qualified RYT200 yoga teacher.

Seraphina and Anubis, my faithful feline fur monsters, always joined me on the mat, constantly stretching (next to me or on top of me), which inspired the name of the studio.

I warmly welcome individuals from all walks of life, each bringing their unique experiences and paths in their healing journey.

My hope is that Seranu Yoga Studio becomes a sanctuary of hope and transformation for all who step through its doors.

Together, we will delve into the enriching practices of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound therapy, discovering solace, strength, and renewal along the way.
